Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, certificates, and any included accessories.

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Poshcarats24@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will resolve it promptly—either through a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in production or shipped and may not be eligible for cancellation.
